Instructions:

  1. To a medium sized mixing bowl— combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, honey, salt and black pepper. Set aside.

  2. Thinly slice Chinese sausage stir fry in a pan on high heat until sausages have some color— remove sausages from pan and let drain off oil. Set aside. (If adding shrimp, cook through here).

  3. Add some olive oil to a large wok and heat to medium-high heat. Quickly stir- fry garlic until fragrant- about 15 seconds and then add in rice and combine quickly to prevent garlic from burning.

  4. Lower heat to medium and create a hole in the middle of the wok by pushing rice to the sides. Crack eggs in the middle— scramble lightly and let cook for about a minute or two.

  5. Add in frozen vegetables, cooked sausages and shrimp, and sauce mixture. Mix to combine and turn heat off once frozen vegetables are warmed through. (Make sure to taste and adjust seasonings).

  6. To serve, add some fried rice to a bowl and gently pack down. Flip bowl upside down quickly onto a serving plate.

  7. Garnish with fresh chopped green onions, Maggie seasoning, and sriracha on top— ENJOY !
