Jalapeno Strawberry Boozy Pop

What you’ll need:

Servings: 6

  • 6 count (2.5fl oz each) popsicle mold

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 6 oz lime seltzer

  • 3 oz lime juice

  • 1 small jalapeno

  • fresh mint

  • tajin

  • 2 oz tequila

Instructions:

  • Start off by adding frozen strawberries, lime seltzer, lime juice, and tequila to a blender and blend until combined.

  • Slice jalapeno into slices and pluck off mint leaves and wash/pat dry.

  • Add one jalapeno slice and mint leaf to each popsicle mold and fill up with strawberry mixture.

  • Freeze for at least 6 hours or until completely frozen.

  • TO enjoy, place frozen popsicle mold in warm water for about 5-10 seconds. It should slide off easy.
